Angel Miller

I am a performance artist based in Glasgow, Scotland with a BA (Hons) in Performance. I am a creative individual who loves making original music, collaborating with other musicians, and performing live on stage. I enjoy being immersed in studio rehearsals with like-minded musicians, merging ideas, and showcasing new and experimental music to audiences.

As well as making and performing music, I enjoy acting. I particularly enjoy modern theatre practices, which inspired my dissertation “Can Immersive Theatre Contribute to the Post-Covid Recovery of Theatre?” In previous acting roles, I have enjoyed contributing to character creation and development whilst working towards the final performance as part of an ensemble.

Recent experimental roles include ADA.IO which was an immersive, technological theatre-based performance. This reflected the need for human connection in a technologically advanced world. I also performed in a virtual production of 1984 which took place during lockdown.

Experimental sounds include creating and performing “Sparks”, the theme song for the ADA.IO production. I embraced traditional live music, with the addition of a soundtrack that I created in my home studio. I also created the soundtrack for NYE Stories which focused on the music at the time of the Millennium.
